Lens Placement

One-Hand placement
  1. Place the centre of the lens on the tip of your index finger.
  2. Look straight ahead at yourself in a mirror and pull down the lower eyelid with the middle finger of your placement hand.
  3. Keeping your head still, look at a point above you.
  4. Then place the lens on the lower white part of your eye.
  5. Remove your index finger and slowly release the lower lid.
  6. Look down to position the lens properly.
 
Two-Hand Placement
  1. Place the centre of the lens on the tip of your index finger.
  2. Look straight ahead at yourself in a mirror.
  3. Use the middle finger of the other hand to pull your upper lid against your brow.
  4. Use the middle finger of your placement hand to pull down the lower lid and then place the lens centrally on the eye.
  5. While holding this position, look downward to position the lens properly.
  6. Slowly release your eyelids.

Removing the lens
  1. Whilst looking up slowly pull down your lower lid with the middle finger of your removal hand and place your index finger on the lower edge of the lens.
  2. Slide the lens down to the white part of your eye.
  3. Squeeze the lens lightly between the thumb and index finger and remove from eye.
